2) Who is eligible for this promotion?
The offer is open to all new and existing Mobily customers. To qualify, the device must be purchased online or in-store exclusively through Mobily.
3) What does “confirmed ticket” mean?
A confirmed ticket guarantees you a seat at a selected FIFA World Cup 2026™ match, subject to campaign terms and available ticket categories.
4) Which matches are included?
Selection: You can select your preferred match from the available pool on the redemption website. Allocation of tickets for specific matches is subject to availability; if your choice is unavailable, an alternative match may be assigned at the sponsor’s discretion.
FIFA Terms: Tickets are subject to official FIFA regulations. They cannot be transferred, exchanged, sold, or redeemed for cash.
Fulfillment: Seating categories, final match selection, and ticket delivery methods are determined by the sponsor (Motorola – a Lenovo company) and its partners.
Requirements: You must have the FIFA World Cup 2026™ mobile application and a FIFA account to obtain your ticket. The FIFA account must be created using the same email address that will be used for ticket redemption.
Only personal email addresses should be used — corporate or government email addresses will not be accepted.
5) How do I redeem my FIFA World Cup 2026 ticket?
After purchasing the device from Mobily:
You will receive a confirmation SMS or email from Mobily with a redemption link.
Visit the link and submit your details before the deadline, including your first and last name, the email address linked to your FIFA app, and a copy of your Mobily purchase invoice.
Once your details are verified on the redemption platform, ticket details will be shared via the FIFA App as the tournament date approaches.
6) When will I receive my ticket?
Once your details are verified on the redemption platform, ticket details will be confirmed within 10 to 14 working days in the FIFA App by FIFA. The actual ticket will be shared by FIFA via the FIFA App as the tournament date approaches.
7) Is this offer available in all stores and online?
This is a Mobily exclusive offer. It is available at all Mobily retail stores and the Mobily online store within KSA.
8) Can I transfer or sell the ticket?
No. Tickets are non-transferable and non-exchangeable per official FIFA tournament regulations.
9) Are travel and accommodation included?
No. The promotion covers the match ticket only. All travel, visa arrangements, and accommodation costs are the responsibility of the customer.
10) Is there a limit per customer?
Each device purchase qualifies for one ticket. However, customers may purchase multiple devices, subject to Mobily eligibility, to receive multiple tickets.
11) Can I combine this offer with other promotions?
This promotion cannot be combined with any other ongoing offers unless explicitly stated.
12) What is the validity of the promotion?
The offer runs from April 13, 2026 to June 7, 2026, or while stocks last. Stocks are limited and assigned on a first-come, first-served basis.
