Participation in the competition is limited to Mobily customers who have an active account in the Mobily and participate by sending the command .
The winner's ID must be valid.
Employees of Mobily and its subsidiaries are not allowed to participate in the competition.
The draw is conducted weekly throughout the campaign period.
Winners are selected randomly in the presence of a representative from the Ministry of Commerce to ensure transparency and credibility.
Winners will be contacted by phone and announced through the official Mobily channels.
The winner is not allowed to refuse: being photographed – publishing their name – being announced.
The winner is not allowed to transfer the prize to any other party under any circumstance.
If the prize is not claimed within 7 days, an alternative winner will be selected.
The winner must meet all the requirements and regulations approved by the General Directorate of Traffic to register the car in their name.
Mobily is not responsible for any damages or losses that may result from participation in the competition or use of the prize.
Mobily reserves the right to modify or cancel the competition or draw at any time without prior notice.
The customer’s participation in the competition means the customer agrees to Mobily’s use of their personal data for this purpose.
