How to subscribe?

You can subscribe through any of the following options:

1.Send the subscription code to 1100.

2.Login to your account on our website www.mobily.com.sa or on smart devices through Mobily App http://mobily.im/App/

3.Call 1100 or 0560101100 and chose your bundle from the self-service menu or talk to a Customer Care agent.

4.Visit the nearest Mobily outlet http://mobily.im/store-locator

Terms and Conditions

• ​​Having an active roaming service is a prerequisite to subscribe to these bundles.
• These bundles are only valid while roaming.
• These bundles are only available for Mobily consumer subscribers whether Postpaid or Prepaid.
• Before subscribing to a bundle, please check first the countries and networks where these bundles are available.
• All the bundles prices are VAT inclusive
• For prepaid, VAT is already applied on recharge amounts so no VAT will apply on the Service subscription/ renewal.
