How can I collect Neqaty points:

1. Visit YOUGotaGift’s Mobile app or website.
2. Sign in to your YOUGotaGift’s account. Or sign up in case it was your first visit.
3. Choose the card you would like to purchase: select the value and quantity.
4. Go to the cart and select ‘Collect Neqaty points’ at checkout
5. Enter your Mobily number in the field provided.
6. Select card as payment method and finish the payment.
7. You will receive an SMS confirmation from Neqaty for the addition of the total points. 

How can I redeem Neqaty points: 

1. Visit YOUGotaGift’s Mobile app or website.
2. Choose the card you would like to purchase.
3. Go to the cart and choose ‘Pay with Neqaty points’ at checkout
4. You will be requested to enter your mobile number for validation
5. You shall receive an SMS containing the OTP code for confirmation.
6. A confirmation message will appear with the number of points available to you to complete the purchase.

Note: you should have 3000 Neqaty points or more in your Neqaty balance to be able to redeem them and you can pay the remaining amount if there is an amount exceeding the value of the points redeemed
