• The service will operate within the geographical location specified by the customer upon requesting the service.
• You can request to relocate the service to any covered location, relocation service is provided free of charge and available twice a month

• You will have the possibility of cancelling the service within 2 days if you are not satisfied with the internet connectivity, no fees or penalties will be applied in this case.

• In case of service cancelation before the end of commitment period, there will be an early disconnection fees of 57.5 SAR (VAT included) for each remaining billing cycle

You will receive Air Fiber package that contains data SIM card and two devices, an Internet Router (antenna) and Home Wi-Fi Gateway. Is there a warranty for the router?

There will be a 2 year warranty in case the router is faulty or there is any technical manufacturing issues with the device.

Yes, there will a commitment for 18 bill cycles if you got the 5G Router by installment plan.

What if I cancel my service before the end of the commitment period?

There will be no need for a professional installation as the Internet Router CPE (antenna) and Home Wi-Fi Gateway are easy to install and connect to each other.

1. Add the sim card in Internet Router CPE.
2. Connect CPE and Home Wi-Fi Gateway to each other through Ethernet wire.
3. Power the device on and enjoy the service!

Is there a warranty for the router?

There will be 2 years warranty in case the router is faulty or there is any technical manufacturing issues with the device.

Is there any commitment on the service?

Yes, there will a commitment for 12 Billing cycles.

What if I cancel my service before the end of the commitment period?

If you cancel the plan before the end of your commitment, you will need to pay 25 SAR VAT excluded for each remaining billing cycle.

The Air Fiber SIM will only work with air fiber device.
