Terms and Conditions:

  1. All Mobily customers can enjoy the service of pre-booking of the device
  2. Only one device pre-booking per mobile number is allowed.
  3. Pre-booking of the device doesn’tinclude Cash back and Subsidy Device offer.
  4. Paid amount for pre-booking the device is not refundable unless if Mobily fails to deliver the device to the customer within 15 days.
  5. Pre-booking of the device does not ensure reservation of the device, as it’s subject to availability
  6. Customers do not have the right to claim any other models or types other than the pre-booked model
  7. Customers will be served on a first-come first-served basis, as per the model and type available
  8. Customers will be notified via registered mobile/email with one-time PIN code, delivery location and collection timeline, upon availability of the stock
  9. Customers must ensure collection of the device within the timeline as notified in advance through registered mobile number and/or email, otherwise it automatically nullifies the customer’s privilege to claim the device and shall be either refunded or wait for another notification from Mobily
  10. Customers should provide the ownership of the credit card and the Mobily notification with the one-time PIN code to the sales agent, at the time of collection of the device
  11. Mobily shall provide the customer with the warranty on the device in accordance with the Manufacturer’s / Vendor’s Policy
