How to
Activate MMS bundles:
- Send SMS with "M30" to 1100 to activate the 30 bundle.
- Send SMS with "M90" to 1100 to activate the 90 bundle.
- Send SMS with "M150" to 1100 to activate the 150 bundle.
- IVR:
Call 1100, go to "Features Adjustment", select "MMS Bundles", and then choose the bundle you prefer.
- Mobily U-Menu:
Press *1100#, select "New from Mobily", select "MMS Bundles", and then choose the bundle you prefer.
- Mobily Customer Service:
Call 1100 and ask Mobily representative to activate the service.
- Mobily Website:
Visit Mobily website on www.mobily.com.sa and go to "My Services" and you can easily activate the MMS Bundles by yourself.
Deactivate MMS bundles:
- Send "DM30" to 1100 to deactivate the 30 bundle.
- Send "DM90" to 1100 to deactivate the 90 bundle.
- Send "DM150" to 1100 to deactivate the 150 bundle.
More Details
Features & Rules/ Special Rules:
- Number of MMS counted based on the increment of 50 KB.
- The duration of the bundle is one month and it will be automatically renewed.
Prices shall be subject to value added tax.
