End of Call Notification Service for Postpaid lines

A service that provide you with summary after making a charged activity on a postpaid line.

End of Call Notification service:

Postpaid ECN is a flash message appears after any charged calls or activity showing the cost of last activity and the remaining credit limit.

· The service fees are 10 SAR monthly.

Prices shall be subject to value added tax.

How to get the service?

· To opt-in the service, you should dial *551# or send 551 to 1100. Also, you can click Subscribe word below.

· To opt-out from the service, you should dial *552# or send 552 to 1100. Also, you can click Unsubscribe word below.

Features:

· Customer will be eligible for 60 days free trial period for one time ONLY.

· The Service Fees will be prorated according to subscription date of the month after the free period.

· The postpaid ECN shows only for charged calls or activity.

· The postpaid ECN will not show if the customers called from his package free benefits.

· Charged calls means all activities done on the line such as voice calls, internet, services subscriptions, SMS……etc.
