All packages will be renewed automatically if sufficient balance is available.
Subscribers will receive notifications before and after the renewal process.
Subscribers can cancel auto-renewal at any time by sending the designated code .
Packages include a pay-as-you-go option.
Unused data will not be carried over to the next billing cycle.
Subscribers will be notified when the package is nearing depletion.
The company complies with the Communications and Information Technology Commission (CITC) regulations and the Service Provision Terms.
Data consumption priority will be given to activaed Addons.
Once the bundle data is fully consumed, standard base package rates will apply for additional data usage.

The setup fees for new postpaid packages is SAR 57.5 onetime payment.
