GENERAL NEQATY INFORMATION
What is Neqaty?

It’s our way of saying thank you to our valued customers. We have designed Neqaty to make the Mobily experience enjoyable every day – it’s your loyalty program! 

As a Mobily customer you earn points and redeem them for rewards such as free SMS, Voice calls, Data etc. Moreover, Neqaty has a large partner network also with esteemed brands where customers can redeem their points for shopping.

Do I have to pay to access the Neqaty Loyalty Program?

No, membership of Neqaty is free of charge. All eligible Mobily voice line holders are automatically enrolled into Neqaty.

How soon do I become a Neqaty member?

You become a Neqaty member the day you activate your Mobily services.

How can I join Neqaty?

All eligible Mobily voice line holders are automatically enrolled into Neqaty. You become a Neqaty member the day you begin to use your Mobily services. It is recommended to register to create your Neqaty membership account.

To view my Neqaty account statement, would I need to register myself on the Mobily website?

Yes. You can do so by clicking on the ‘Register’ icon found on the top centre portion of this webpage. This will help you view your detailed Neqaty account statement.  

Who is eligible to benefit from Neqaty?

All eligible Mobily line holders including pre-paid, post-paid GSM subscribers (excluding RIHAL line holders).    

How do I earn Neqaty points?
  • Pre-paid: Points are earned automatically when you use voice calls, SMS, MMS and even subscribe to a VAS (Value Added Service) offer.
  • Post-paid: Points are granted when you pay your bill (except with security deposits)


How can I check my Neqaty points balance?

To know your Neqaty points’ balance, you can dial *1100# on your mobile and follow the instructions or you can visit your Neqaty membership account as you log in from this webpage. 

Is there a limit to the number of points I can earn?No there are no limits to the number of points you earn.

Do Neqaty points have an expiration date?

Your Neqaty points will expire after 18 months from the date you earned them. 
COLLECT NEQATY POINTS
How can I collect Neqaty points?

Every time you shop with Neqaty Earn Partners, you will collect more points. You can save these points and spend them for a desired reward. 

After shopping as a Neqaty member, how soon will I get my points?

Instantly! After you have presented your handset to collect points you will receive an SMS notifying you that Neqaty points have been credited to your membership account.

Do my collected Neqaty points expire?

Neqaty points expire after 18 months from the date you earned them. 

Who are the Partners that I can collect Neqaty points from?

Please click on the ‘Earn Partner’ list found on the Neqaty homepage and view their respective outlets and locations. 

Am I getting the same amount of Neqaty points from all Earn Partners?

No, your collected points vary from one partner to another. Please check the rates specific to each of these partners also found on the ‘Earn Partner’ list.

What is the minimum purchase amount required for collecting Neqaty points?

A minimum amount of SAR 1 should be spent to collect Neqaty points from an Earn Partner.

Can I get a refund if I return the product I purchased?

Yes, refunds will be processed subject to approval by the issuing partner as per their individual refund policy.
SPEND POINTS FOR A REWARD FROM MOBILY
How can I spend my Neqaty points for a reward from Mobily?

You can spend your points for a Mobily reward by dialling *1100# on your mobile or you can also visit the nearest Mobily flagship branch to redeem your Neqaty points for services or devices.  You will be eligible to collect a Mobily reward once you have earned a minimum of 750 Neqaty points.

What are the reward options from Mobily?If you have 750 - 999 points you can get voice minutes, internet (MBs), International SMS and National SMS.
For 1000 points and above you can get all the above mentioned as well as Bill Discounts / Free Credit. For more information please view the ‘Rewards Table’ found in this website.

What is Bill Discounts and Free Credit?

  • As a post-paid member you can spend your points for a Bill Discount, where the discounted amount will be deducted the very same month from your total dues on the bill. However, this will only be shown on your following month’s post-paid bill.
  • As a pre-paid member you can spend your points to get cash value added to your balance.


Will I get Neqaty points if I use my Free Credit?

No, the usage of Free Credit does not generate points.

If I transfer my credit, will the receiver get points upon usage?Yes, the receiver will get Neqaty points upon usage of the transferred credit but this is not applicable for Free Credits (as transfers of Free Credits are not possible).

Where can I find the list of Neqaty rewards?

On the Neqaty homepage please click on ‘Rewards Table’ to view rewards that you could be eligible for.
SPEND POINTS AT PARTNER OUTLETS
How can I spend my Neqaty points at a Partner outlet?

  • Pick a Partner: Select your partner, the list of partners are found on this webpage or you can dial *1100# on your handset. Each of these partners has select outlets in the Kingdom where you can spend your points at. You can find out the list of outlets by searching from our ‘Neqaty Partners Locator’.
  • Enjoy Shopping: Once you have selected your desired reward, simply inform the sales agent in the store that you wish to pay with your Neqaty points.
  • M-Pay Device: You will need to then dial 1456 on your handset and then place it on the M-Pay device. Choose the amount in SAR you want and confirm the transaction by signing the receipt the sales agent presents. You are also able to make part payments with points and the remaining with cash.


Can I refund my Neqaty points that I already spent at a Partner outlet?

Refunds will be processed subject to approval by the issuing partner as per their individual refund policy.

Am I limited to the number of redemptions from a Partner and refund?

You can spend your points for a Partner reward only once a month. If you have received a refund then you are eligible to spend your points again within the same month.   

When can I start spending my Neqaty points at a partner outlet?

Once you have reached 4000 Neqaty points and above you will automatically be eligible for Partner rewards. To know more about your reward options please click on ‘Rewards table’. Please ensure that you keep your receipts with you in case of refund.

Can I register for Neqatona?

If you have more than one Mobily voice line then you can. Neqatona services are applicable to those who have multiple Mobily lines linked under one National ID/Iqama number. 

Who should I allow under my Neqatona account?

Neqatona is ideal for a family, so as to earn points collectively and spend them for desired reward. It helps you attain a desired reward much faster.

Who has control over the Neqatona account?

All lines under a Neqatona account have control and any of these lines can spend the points earned collectively. 

How do I choose a primary mobile number?

Currently the mobile number you use to create a Neqatona pool will be considered as primary. All other mobile numbers that subsequently join will be considered as secondary.

Will I lose my Neqaty points if my mobile number gets cancelled / deactivated?

Under your Neqatona services if your secondary mobile number gets cancelled / deactivated then your Neqaty points will NOT get cancelled. If your primary mobile number gets cancelled / deactivated then please note that your Neqaty points will get cancelled. 

Is there a criterion to add a secondary mobile number to my Neqatona account?Yes, the secondary mobile number will need to have a minimum of 300 Neqaty points to join an existing Neqatona account. Also the secondary mobile number will need to be under the same National ID / Iqama No.
