List of needed documents for registration:

• Commercial Registration certificate
• Company profile
• Supplier CoC acknowledgment sign & stamp (Pages 10 & 11)
• Non-Disclosure Agreement acknowledgment sign & stamp (Pages 2 & 9)
• Bank Account/IBAN certificate: bank account beneficiary name should match with commercial registration certificate 
• VAT registration certificate
• Authorization Letter for authorized persons to sign on behalf of the vendor (attested by the chamber of commerce or any official authority certifies that the signature is authentic)
• Contact Directory in Mobily Supplier Portal shall match with Authorization Letter
