About the service
If any of the current pre-paid subscribers has consumed all of his/her credit (i.e. the credit became zero). The subscriber can ask for an extra 5 SARs by sending an SMS containing the word extra (زيادة) to 1100. The subscriber will get the 5 SAR to make the emergency call. The 5 SAR will be deducted from the subscriber credit upon recharging the credit.
Terms and conditions
- The subscriber will get 5 SAR only for emergency calls
- The subscriber can use this service after 6 months from making the first phone call.
- The subscriber can ask for the service if the credit is less than 55 Hallalas.
- To benefit from this service, the subscriber should have recharged the credit with 150 SAR during the past 6 months starting from the date of making the first phone call.
- The subscriber can ask for this service only once. To be able to ask for the service again, the subscriber should have paid the 5 SAR that was used in the first time by recharging the credit.
- This service is free and requires no extra fees.
- The 5 SAR will be deducted from the subscriber credit immediately upon recharging.
- This service is available for all Mobily pre-paid lines except Rihal line.
- The extra credit is not transferable.
- The subscriber can’t get this service while he is in the first or second grace periods.
