All Mobily prepaid active subscribers can independently transfer credit from their mobile to another prepaid customer. With Mobily credit transfer service, show your friends and family that you care when they run short of credit, or cannot get a recharge card at that moment.

Set up:

The service does not need to be activated, to transfer credit form your number to another one you should follow the steps:

  • Dial  *123*Mobile number*Amount#
  • Then press CALL key.
  • If everything is done right you will receive a notification that credit transfer has been accomplished successfully.
  • Another confirmation message will be sent to the credit receiver to inform him about the new received credit and the sender number.
General information about this service:
  • The service is free of charge and available only for prepaid subscribers.
  • The credit sender has to have enough credit in his balance to transfer credit to others.
  • Maximum amount of transfer per day – 100 SR
  • Minimum amount of transfer per transaction – 5 SR
  • Maximum amount of transfer per transaction – 20 SR
  • Maximum number of transactions available per day – 5
  • The amount transferred should be a multiple of – 5

    Q. What is Mobily Credit Transfer Service?
    A. Credit Transfer will allow all Mobily prepaid active subscribers to transfer credit from their account to another mobily prepaid account.

    Q. What should I do to get the service?
    A. The service doesn’t need to be activated; you just need to have enough money on your account to do the transfer.(more than 10 Riyals)

    Q. Is the credit transfer available while in grace period?
    A. No, you will not be able to transfer credit while in grace period.

    Q. If the recipient is in the grace period, can I transfer credit to his account?
    A. No, you will not be able to transfer credit while the recipient is in the grace period.

    Q. How could I transfer credit from my account to another?
    A. To transfer credit to another prepaid account, you should follow one of the following methods:
    • 1st method:

      1. Dial *123#

      2. Then press CALL key, and then you will be requested through an interactive menu to enter the phone number of the recipient as well as the credit required to be transferred.

    • 2n method:

      1. Dial *123*Mobile Number*Amount#

      2. Then press CALL key.
    Q. Can I transfer credit to a non-mobily subscriber?
    A. No, the service is available among mobily prepaid subscribers only.

    Q. How should I know that the credit has been transferred successfully?
    A. If everything is done right you will receive a notification that credit transfer transaction is accepted. Another confirmation message will be sent to the credit receiver to inform him about the new credit received and the sender number.

    Q. What is the cost of the service?
    A. The service is free of charge.

    Q. What is the minimum credit I have to have in my account to transfer credit?
    A. You must have 10 SR remaining in your account after transferring credit to others, otherwise the transaction will be rejected.

    Q. What is the maximum amount of transfer per day?
    A. The maximum amount of transfer per day is 100 SR.

    Q. What is the minimum amount I can transfer per transaction?
    A. The minimum amount of transfer per day is 5 SR.

    A. Yes, provided that the operator he roams on support the star command service.
