Terms and Conditions:

  • Having an active Roaming service is a prerequisite to subscribe to these bundles.
  • These bundles are only valid while roaming.
  • These bundles are only available on specific Roaming Partners\Operators in specific countries.
  • These bundles are only available for Mobily Consumer subscribers either postpaid or prepaid.
  • Any international calls to countries other than Saudi Arabia or the visited country will be charged as “pay as you go” tariff( For more information about roaming Rates call *148#)
  • There is no auto renewal for these bundles.
  • The data service will be disconnected directly once the customer consumes all of the data in the chosen roaming bundle.
  • Note that the customer will be informed via SMS once they have consumed the data in the chosen roaming bundle, after which they can choose from the following options:
    • Subscribe to the same roaming bundle or another bundle.
    • Use standard roaming rates by dialing *999# to activate the data as “pay as you go”. (for more information about roaming rates click here)

-Once customer’s consume their voice bundle benefits, whether through outgoing or incoming calls, they can still make voicecalls by “pay as you go”.

  • -Note that the customer will be informed via SMS that they have consumed all the free minutes within the bundle benefits, and that they have these two remaining options:
    • Subscribe to the same bundle or another bundle.
    • Using Outgoing calls or Incoming Calls with standard roaming rates. (for more information about roaming rates click here)
