Is there any additional Fees to get the promotion ? the customer should only pay 15SAR a week to enjoy the promotion How can the customer get the free benefits ? sending SMS of 1111 to 1100 or calling *1111# after activating new Wajid package. Why should the customer activate the promotion himself ? to give the customer the freedom of enjoying the promotion whenever he wants as the customer will be charged weekly. What is the period of this promotion ? the customer will benefit from the free resources until February 29th, 2012. Will the customer receive an SMS to confirm his subscription in the promotion ? yes, with the script: Dear customer you have opted –in successfully , in order to enjoy the unlimited offer daily from 9:00 Pm to 9:00 Am, a weekly fee of SAR 15 will be  applied.  Thank you for choosing Mobil. What if the customer wanted to unsubscribe from the offer ? the customer should send an SMS with D1111 to 1100 or call *1111*2# Will the customer receive SMS confirms subscription from the offer ? yes , with the following script: Dear customer you had been un-subscribed from the unlimited offer, if you want to re-subscribe send 1111 by SMS for free to 1100 or press *1111# Thank you for choosing mobily. If the customer is subscribed to the offer in the middle of the period what is the period of using the promotion ? the customer will benefit from the offer until February 29th, 2012. If the customer is subscribed in the last day of the promotion 29th of February 2012 for how long can he benefit from the offer ? the customer can benefit from the offer for one week only, until March 6th. 2012. If the customer unsubscribed before the end of week will he be charged for the weekly fees ? yes, but he will not be charged for renewal in next week. Can the customer refund the fees if he unsubscribed from the offer ? no, the customer can’t refund the fees as it will be deducted in advanced from the bill of the customer but it will not be charged for renewal for the next week. Should the customer activate the promotion every week ? no, the customer should opt-in only once and then the offer will be automatically renewed. If the customer unsubscribed from the offer and then wanted to activated the offer will he be eligible for it ? yes, in once condition, the opt-in should be before February 29th, 2012. How will the customer be charged for the weekly fees of the promotion ? the fees will be added to the customer’s bill.
