1. How can I subscribe to the service?
You can subscribe to the service by simply sending ranan in English or رنان in Arabic as an SMS to the short code 1100, or by calling the number 1404.

2. How much will this service cost me?
The service will cost you 5 SR for the first month subscription, and after the first month, you will pay 5 SR every month subscription fees.

3. How many Ranan tones can I buy?
You will have 1 default Ranan tone (mobily tone) in your album and you can purchase up to 20 more which in total will be 20 Ranan tones. You will be able to purchase a free tone as well (Islamic tone) after you subscribe to service.

4. How do I get charged?
If you are a postpaid customer, the monthly charged will be added to your monthly bill, if you are a prepaid customer, the monthly fees will be deducted from your account when you complete exactly 30 days from day of first subscription.

5. What if I don’t have enough credit in my account?
when the service tries to deduct from your account If there is not enough credit, you will enter a six-day grace period, during which the system will keep trying to deduct the amount. If the system fail to renew the subscription, the service will be deleted and you will lose Ranan tones in the Album

6. How much each Ranan tone will cost me?
Each Ranan tone will cost your 5 SAR

7. Is there any limitation on the Ranan tone, does it expire?
After you buy the Ranan tone and add it to your album, it will expire after 3 months and you have to purchase it again

8. What is Assign Ranan to specific Number?
When you subscribe to mobily Ranan service there will be one default tone in your album and it will be assigned to parties calling you. When you assign Ranan tone to a specific number, only that number will hear the tone. i.e. If you want 0565656560 to hear an Islamic tone with access code 100012, you should send Assign 100012 00966565656560 to 1404, you should leave a space between command, access code, and the number to which the tone will be assigned.

9. Do I pay for each assign/de-assign?
The assign/de-assign is completely for free, but you pay the normal SMS tariff

10. What is temporarily deactivation?
You can temporarily deactivate the service when you do not want other people hear your Ranan service by sending off to 1404, but you will not be unsubscribed, you can turn it back on by simply sending an SMS with the command ON to 1404

11. If I temporarily deactivated mobily Ranan service, will Ranan tones be deleted from my album?
No, they will not be deleted.

12. If I temporarily deactivated the service, will I still paying the monthly fees?
Yes you still paying the monthly fees because the system will store your profile and you do not lose the tones in your album

13. If I get a message that my album is full, how can I delete Ranan tones?
To delete certain tone from your album, simply send delete XXYYYY (XXYYYY tone access code) to the short code 1404 and it will be deleted.

14. What if mobily Ranan is active, someone calls me & I am already busy on another call?
The caller hears the normal busy tone, Mobily Ranan is not heard.

15. How can I unsubscribe from the service?
You can send d ranan to 1100

16. What if mobily Ranan is active and someone calls me & I am already on another call with call waiting active?
The new caller hears Ranan Tone (with the normal beep in the background). However the engaged phone will indicate the call waiting if the phone supports this feature.

17. What if Ranan service is active, someone calls me & my phone is switched off or out of reach?
The caller hears the usual out of reach announcement and not Ranan Tone.

18. Will Ranan service work for roamers? And do I pay extra money for that?
Mobily Ranan service will be working when you are roaming. No you will not pay extra money for that feature.
