What is Neqaty Program?
Neqaty is a loyalty program, which allows customers to earn points and redeem them for rewards such as free SMS, Voice calls, Data etc. Moreover, Neqaty has a large partner network also with esteemed brands where customers can redeem their points for shopping
Do I have to pay to access Loyalty Program?
All customers participate for free in the Neqaty Loyalty Program. No monthly payment is required.
How I can join the Loyalty Program?
The enrolment to the Loyalty Program is done automatically for all mobily's subscribers without the need of any action from the subscriber.
Who will be eligible to benefit from this program?
All mobily Customers Pre – Paid & Post GSM susbcribers – (excluding RIHAL Line)
How do I collect points?
All mobily Customers Pre – Paid & Post GSM susbcribers – (excluding RIHAL Line)
  • Prepaid: Points are collected automatically with any voice call, or SMS or MMS sent or even for subscribing a VAS (Value Added Service) Bundle. For each Riyal the subscriber consumes he/she accumulates 1 Neqaty point.
  • Post-paid: Points are granted when the customers pays his bill (except security deposit). Again for each Riyal paid one Neqaty point will be earned.
  • Is there a monthly limit of accumulated points?
    No; there are no limits to the number of points that a subscriber can accumulate in any period.
    Do points have expiration date?
    Points expire after 24 months as of the end of the month of their collection. (Example: Any points accumulated in the month of July 2011 have validity until the 31st of June 2013)
    How do I know my points' balance?
    In order to know the balance & status of the points, a subscriber can call the Call Centre, who's agents will indicate the number of points accumulated, or the IVR on 1100, or using the USSD on *1100#, or finally by registering on the internet on Mobily's website.
    How can a subscriber redeem the points accumulated?
    After reaching 750 points, a subscriber can redeem the points by acquiring Mobily's services such as free SMS, On-Net voice calls, internet bundles and thereon a lot more once moves onto the next Tier(s).Furthermore, it is possible to redeem points at partner outlets.
    Will I get points if I use free or bonus credit?
    No; the usage of free/bonus credit does not generate points.
    Can points be transferred from on number to another?
    No; points cannot be transferred from one number to another, even if they are both owned by the same person. However, customers can make use of the new 'Neqatona ' feature which allows them to pool in points from multiple lines.
    Will a receiver of credit transfer get points?
    Yes; any usage of transferred credit which does not refer to free/bonus credit allows for the accumulation of points.
    Where can the subscribers find the list of redemption gifts?
    The list of redemption options can be found on mobily's website or on the catalogue available at any mobily store. Furthermore, the IVR and USSD can provide info about the possible redemption options according to the caller's accumulated points.
    How to redeem points at partner outlets?
  • Go into a store, where you can see the Neqaty sign at the door. (Alternatively, you can look up any participating partner outlet on our website also)
  • Once you've made your choice, what you want to buy, just let a sales agent know in the store, that you want to redeem Neqaty points.
  • He will show you the M-Pay terminal and ask you to dial "1456" from your mobile phone and to place the same on the terminal.
  • Choose the amount you want and confirm the transaction by signing the receipt the sales agent will present to you.
  • How long is the validity of rewards?
    All rewards have a validity of 24 months.
    Can I refund points I redeemed in the shop?
    The subscriber can refund the redeemed points in the same shop where he has redeemed depending on the shop refunding policy.
    What are the limitations of redemption and refund?
    The subscriber can redeem once a month.If the subscriber has refunded his redemption, he can redeem again within the same
    Do points have expiration date?
    Points expire after 18 months as of the end of the month of their collection. (Example: Any points accumulated in the month of Feb 2013 have validity until the 31st of July 2014)
    How long is the validity of rewards?
    Mobily rewards have a validity period that ranges between 30 - 75 days
    How can a subscriber redeem the points accumulated?
    After reaching 750 points, subscriber can redeem the points IVR, USSD/Mobily menu, Mobily customer service/call centre (1100) & Mobily ePortal under Neqaty section after logging in.
    What is the minimum number of points that Neqaty member can redeem?
    The minimum number of points a member can redeem for are 750 points
    What is the maximum number of points that Neqaty member can redeem?
    20,000 points is the maximum number of points that Neqaty member can redeem.
