• The program rewards you with a point for every Riyal you spend on using mobily products and services.

You can check on how many points you have at any time through a variety of easy to use channels:

• Self service by dialing 1100 and navigating through the integrated voice response system.
• The Mobily services menu accessible through text message commands sent to *1100#.
• Through your self services account through this portal (after login).

Neqaty Points …
There are various ways to a accumulate points in Neqaty as described below:

Neqaty Rewards

Depending on the level reached, you can redeem points once a month and choose one kind of reward each month. For example, if you accumulated 5000 points, you can redeem points with any of the following:

• 910 free national SMS text messages, or;
• 500 international SMS messages, or;
• 50 megabytes of Internet usage, or;
• 550 free voice minutes, or;
• SAR150 worth of calling credit (for 4000 points) and the remaining
• 1000 points are passed on to the next month, or;
• Valuable rewards from mobily partners.

Redeem Neqaty Points at Partner Stores
Once you reach 5000 points or more, you will then be able to redeem your points at Neqaty partners.
In less than 30 seconds redeem your points by following these fast and easy steps:

1. You approach the sales agent of a Neqaty partner store and inform him, that you want to redeem Neqaty points.
2. The agent will ask you to call 1456 and place your mobile phone on the M-Pay-machine in order to retrieve your information.
3. You will then choose the number of points, which you want to redeem.
4. The M-Pay-machine will issue two receipts: one for you and one for the agent.
5. Finally you sign the agent's receipt, and if there is a balance pay the additional amount to the agent.

Point Expiry
Your accumulated points are valid for 24 months. And right before they expire, Mobily will make sure to remind you by sending you an SMS message to your mobile.
